High Quality Face Shield

【Structural composition】: High Quality Face Shield is composed of a protective cover made of polymer materials, foam strips and fixing devices. Non-sterile provision, single use.

【Product performance】:

1. Appearance: The surface of the medical isolation mask should be clean and free of stains and dirt; it should be complete and free of damage or separation; the protective cover should be smooth, free of burrs or scratches; the color of the protective cover should be transparent, and the line of sight should be clearly visible when wearing it.

2. Structure: After the medical isolation mask is worn, it should be able to completely cover the wearer's face. Keep it upright in the vertical direction without sagging, and there is no crease when bending horizontally.

3. Elastic band elongation: The elastic band should be free of elasticity, and the elongation of the elastic band should not be less than 50%.

4. The breaking strength of the connection between the fixing device and the protective cover is not less than 10N.

5. The joint of the medical isolation mask should be firm. The horizontal plane is subjected to 7N gravity pulling, and the vertical direction is subjected to 3N gravity pulling for 15S, and they should not fall off.
